Dark Chocolate Cupcakes

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 ⅔ cups sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Bake for 20 minutes at 360°F.
